Questions
Is the course content paywalled?
No. Every chapter, diagram, widget and practice question is free and always will be. Premium pays for the AI tutor, which costs real money per message to run.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee, no email required.
What happens when I hit the daily limit?
The tutor pauses until the next day. You can also add your own API key in tutor settings at any tier, which bypasses our budget entirely and bills your provider directly.
Why is annual so much cheaper?
Card networks charge a fixed fee per transaction, so one payment a year costs us far less to process than twelve. That saving is passed straight on.
Which payment methods work?
Cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe, or your PayPal balance. Prices are in euros and settle in euros, so there is no currency conversion.
